We are closed until further notice from 20 March 2020.
UPDATE 23 June 2020: We are awaiting further guidelines from the government as to how it is completely safe to operate in our specific sector. Whilst the general hospitality industry has been given the go-ahead to open from 4 July, it is unlikely we will be able to do so until at least August.
We will keep you updated of further developments as and when we know. For now, we hope you are keeping safe and we are wishing for the day when we can welcome you to Elizabeth’s again.
A warm welcome to Elizabeth’s, our small family run restaurant in Rochester. Manuel & Cristina opened this lovely 16th century Tudor building as a restaurant 27 years ago & now run it together with their son and a small team of staff. After moving here from Santiago de Compostela in Northern Spain, Manuel worked in & managed several top restaurants in Surrey & Hampshire before deciding to relocate to Kent. The restored beams, exposed brickwork and classic vintage design pieces create an elegant and comfortable space to enjoy some delicious food.
The menus reflect our signature European style with seasonal raw ingredients sourced from Kent producers where possible – everything is prepared from fresh in house. (Good cooking needs time!) We offer a range of carefully selected wines and premium drinks to complement your chosen dishes.
We believe when people visit us, they are looking for quality food, good wine and attentive service, and this is exactly what we intend to offer. Not forgetting our Galician roots, we offer a Spanish Tapas evening every last Thursday of the month so come and try some delicious, authentic Spanish dishes! Next tapas evening will be ??
We look forward to welcoming you soon.
